Wouter is an economist in Brussels covering Spain, Portugal and the Belgian real estate market. He joined ING in May 2022. Prior to this, he worked as a researcher and lecturer in academia and as a management consultant. He holds a PhD in Business Economics of the Solvay Business School (VUB).
