David Havrlant

Chief Economist, Czech Republic

David joined ING in 2024 as Chief Economist for the Czech Republic. He gained professional experience at the Czech National Bank and international institutions such as the ECB, the EC, Moody’s Analytics, and KAPSARC. He is involved in economic analysis, model-based forecasting, and research. David holds a PhD in econometrics and operational research with a minor in philosophy from the University of Economics in Prague.
