Dmitry è un capo economista che si occupa di Russia e dei paesi della CSI. È entrato in ING nel 2018 e vanta un decennio di esperienza in macroeconomia e strategia valutaria con Alfa-Bank e Gazprombank. Dmitry si è laureato presso l'Università Statale di Mosca Lomonosov e ha studiato anche presso l'Università Russa di Economia Plekhanov e la Business School ESSEC.
Dmitry is part of the THINK team for Central and Eastern Europe and Commonwealth of Independent States and Armenia and Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
