Maarten Leen

Maarten Leen is the Head of Global IFRS9 ME Scenarios. Previously, he worked at Rabobank and the Central Bureau of Statistics in the Netherlands. Between 1986 and 1992, he was a policy advisor to the Dutch minister of Finance. Maarten studied Economics at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and has been with ING since 1995.
